Chris and I worked together on a consulting project for a Fortune 50 consumer products company, examining relationships with contract research organisations. He is a detail-oriented, high-level thinker who is also willing to roll up his sleeves to get the job done. Chris worked at Homes England as a consultant for 18 months, contributing to the successful delivery of a national Accommodation Strategy. I worked with Chris over the past year on a complex, multi-site accommodation programme at Homes England. Chris joined the Trust during a period of major upheaval, taking on a challenging role managing the relocation of outpatient clinics. Chris worked with us at Barts as Programme Manager on a charity grant covering several major projects. I worked with him directly on establishing the Barts Cardiovascular Clinical Trials Unit. He has excellent project management skills, kept the working group on track, and brought a wide range of professional expertise. Chris was appointed to set up a major capital programme to maximise capital receipts and optimise the provision of Key Worker Accommodation. He liaised with NHS, local government, and commercial stakeholders, working closely with the Executive team. Although the programme did not continue as originally envisaged due to changing circumstances, I can wholeheartedly recommend Chris for his professional, supportive, and reliable approach.
